Introduction
Are you a natural leader with operations experience and a good financial acumen? Have you previously worked in either an anaerobic digestion facility or manufacturing facility and now seeking the next move in your career? Then look no further! Our client is seeking a Production Leader to work on their large-scale anaerobic digestion plant and look after the operations production side of the business as well as the budgeting tasks that go with it.
Roles & Responsibilities
Reporting to the Site Leader you will be responsible for:

  • The day to day running of the operations department.
  • Carrying out detailed analysis, trending and reporting of KPI\'s.
  • Identifying and implementing corrective actions where required.
  • Driving a working culture that is responsible for compliance, health, safety, environment and quality.
  • Financial management, planning and reporting to ensure the CAPEX and OPEX requirements are met.
  • People management and continuous development.
  • Both internal and external relationship management.
  • Occasional travel to other sites when needed.
  • Other duties as required.
Skills & Qualifications
We are looking for someone with the following:
  • 5 years of experience working in an anaerobic digestion, manufacturing or renewable energy environment
  • Creating, recording, reviewing and improving KPI\'s
  • Experience reviewing and carrying out audits, risk assessments and creating training material
  • Previous experience dealing with third party governing bodies
  • Degree in a relevant engineering/science discipline or demonstratable equal experience
  • Strong understanding of health, safety and compliance in an operations environment
  • A positive drive and attitude towards continuous improvement
  • A full driving licence and own vehicle
