The Role:

We are currently seeking to recruit a self-motivated individual, who would like to join the Bradbury's production team as Line Leader within the Production facility.

The role is a full-time position reporting into the Production Controller.

The purpose of the Line Leader role is to ensure production lines are keeping to the required standards of safety, product quality and process efficiency whilst maintaining high levels of GMP.

To provide support to the Process controller of each line by overseeing all safety and quality aspects including line efficiency and stringent GMP controls.

The position is shift work, 6am - 2pm and 2pm - 10pm - Mon - Fri.

The Candidate:

We are looking for someone who is familiar with production line processes within a food manufacturing industry with a good knowledge of operational concepts, Health & safety and Food safety practices and procedures.

You will perform a variety of tasks within the Production facility to ensure the highest productivity and efficiency. Ideally the candidates will be self motivated and driven with great organisational skills and attention to detail.

Problem solving and fantastic communication internally with colleagues will be critical. The individual will need to be proactive and hands on - driven by a desire to ensure that all key tasks and responsibilities are fulfilled and that the best possible results are achieved for both customers and internal stakeholders.

Bradbury's is a fast-paced environment, therefore, there is an expectation to be able to operate at speed, with confidence and accuracy.

Skills & Attributes:

Experience with fast paced production lines.

FMCG experience critical

Good leadership qualities with the ability to provide direction and clarity

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Confident with IT and ability to learn and use relevant systems (training provided)

Diligent with detail and paperwork controls

Ability and determination to accomplish production daily and weekly goals.

Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Good data analysis, planning and organisational skills
