The Role

We're looking for an experienced and motivated

Line Leader

to join our production team at our Chester site. As a Line Leader, you'll be responsible for overseeing a production line to ensure targets are met efficiently, safely, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and motivate a team of production operatives to achieve daily output and quality targets. Ensure products are made to specification and meet food safety and hygiene standards. Monitor line performance and proactively resolve any issues that may impact production. Carry out start-up checks, changeovers, and end-of-shift reporting. Ensure adherence to company policies, health & safety, and quality procedures at all times. Support training and development of team members to maintain a high-performing workforce. Communicate effectively with supervisors, quality teams, and maintenance as required.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in a food manufacturing or fast-paced production environment (essential).
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
A positive, hands-on attitude and commitment to teamwork.
Good understanding of food hygiene and health & safety standards.
