13.78 per hour (Days) | 17.23 per hour (Nights)

Shifts:

12-hour shifts | 4-on 3-off, 3-on 4-off pattern | Average 40.25 hrs/week

Production Line Leaders

to oversee our production lines in a fast-paced and modern facility. In this hands-on role, you'll lead your team to deliver top-quality products efficiently and safely.

What You'll Be Doing:

Leading and motivating a team of production operatives Running production lines and troubleshooting minor issues Monitoring product quality and performance on shift Supporting operational flow, safety and compliance on the line Collaborating with maintenance, quality, and planning teams
What We're Looking For:

Experience working in a production environment Confident leading or supervising teams Good understanding of production Strong communication and problem-solving skills A proactive, hands-on mindset and attention to detail

6:30am - 7:00pm

Nights:

6:30pm - 7:00am

Shift patterns:

Sunday-Wednesday or Wednesday-Saturday
(Average 40.25 hours per week)
