E Park and Sons Limited are a leading packer and wholesaler of fresh potatoes to many blue chip retail customers and food processors.

Job Overview:

Shifts: Monday to Thursday Night Shift - 6pm to 6am

Reporting directly to the Night Shift Manager, Line Leaders assist in the delivery of people management, safety, quality and production planning.

Primary duties & responsibilities to include:

Setting up the production line to complete specific orders.

Overseeing production line workers and ensuring that orders are completed on time and within budget.

Monitoring productivity rates, standards and quality control.

Identifying, reporting and resolving production line issues as they arise

Performing record keeping tasks, ensuring all required paperwork is completed promptly, fully and accurately.

Promoting good working practices and leading by example.

Ensuring all resources and assets are used efficiently and correctly.

Night Shift - Production Line Leader - The Candidate:

Previous supervisory experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment

Able to demonstrate strong leadership, communication, coaching and interpersonal skills.

Initial training to take place on the Day Shift (6am to 6pm) before moving on to the Night Shift.

Basic Hourly Rate: 13.99 to 15.78
