MM Flowers, Bartlett Business Park, Huntingdon Road, Chatteris, PE16 6EG

Pay:

13.78 per hour

Shifts:

5 in 7 - Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday

Working Hours:

8:00am - 5:00pm

We're looking for motivated and quality-focused

Line Leaders

to join our

Plants Division

in Chatteris. You'll take responsibility for running a production line delivering beautifully presented plant gift sets for leading UK retailers -- making sure your team hits quality and performance targets every time.

If you're experienced in production and ready to lead from the front, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing:

Leading and organising a team of production operatives Monitoring product quality, packing standards, and workflow Ensuring daily output targets are met safely and efficiently Supporting and training new team members Communicating with team leaders and supervisors on performance and priorities
What We're Looking For:

Background in production or packing roles Previous experience leading or supervising a team Great attention to detail and ability to spot quality issues Strong communicator with a proactive and hands-on approach Reliable and flexible -- able to work across the full 7-day operation (on a rota basis)

Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday
(Working 5 out of 7 days per week)
