We are looking for a

Production Line Manager

to oversee our apparel manufacturing line, ensuring efficient workflow, quality control, and timely delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and experience managing the production team in the factory.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations of the production line, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to production schedules. Supervise, train, and motivate production staff to meet quality and efficiency targets. Monitor and optimise production processes to improve output and reduce waste. Ensure all garments meet quality standards and client specifications before dispatch. Collaborate with design, sourcing, and logistics teams to ensure seamless production. Maintain health and safety standards, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Identify and troubleshoot production issues, implementing effective solutions. Track production performance metrics and generate reports for senior management. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and reduce costs.
Requirements:

Proven experience

in a Production Line Manager or similar role within apparel manufacturing.

Strong leadership and team management

skills with the ability to motivate and guide staff.

Knowledge of garment production processes

, speciality machines, quality control, and efficiency optimisation.

Experience in stretch fabrics/lingerie/swim

. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Familiarity with

lean manufacturing

principles and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus. Strong organisational and communication skills. Proficiency in production planning software is an advantage.
