LML Products Ltd was established in Calne in 1968. Our core business activities are the manufacture of standard and bespoke copper connections and terminations for electrical & electronic applications.

About the Role

We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated

Production / Machine Operative

to join our busy manufacturing team. You will play a key role in supporting the production process, ensuring products are made to the highest quality standards and delivered on time.

LML Products Ltd, Unit L1, Redman Road, Calne, Wiltshire, SN11 9PL

Salary:

12.21 - 17.00 / hour

Hours:

Full-Time (40hrs / week, Monday to Friday)

Contract Type:

Permanent

Key Responsibilities

Operate a variety of machine tools and production equipment related to metal cropping, punching, forming, tapping, deburring etc safely and efficiently Working from engineering drawings to manufacture products according to specifications Using measuring equipment to check and verify dimensions Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that our high quality standards are maintained and in line with our ISO 9001:2015 accreditation Adhere to company health and safety protocol & procedures at all times Maintain a clean and organised work area Work effectively as part of a team to meet delivery deadlines

About You

Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is an essential requirement for this position. Full training on equipment will be provided but familiarity with press-brakes, punching and cropping machines would be extremely beneficial Take pride in your work paying attention to detail and quality Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team Good written and verbal communication skills Reliable, punctual and self-motivated
