Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing the assembly processes within our warehouse environment, ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently. This position requires a strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to utilise both power and hand tools effectively.

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily production activities to ensure timely assembly of products. Responsibe for covering production, procurement, quality assurance, health and safety, and team performance and productivity. Full control of the DC Production & AC Production Areas Ensuring production schedules, Bills of Materials, Health and Safety regulations are adheared to. Monitor inventory levels of materials and tools, placing orders as necessary to avoid production delays. Provide training and support to new team members on equipment usage and safety practices. Assist in the development of production schedules and workflows to optimise efficiency.

Skills

Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand technical drawings and specifications. Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated. Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in troubleshooting mechanical issues.
