Collaborate with product and business teams to define early-stage product positioning based on product features and target customer profiles. Develop and organize comprehensive GTM launch plans.
GTM Strategy Development (4Ps):
Formulate integrated GTM strategies leveraging the 4P framework -- Product, Price, Promotion, and Place. This includes market and channel research, product portfolio strategy, pricing, storytelling, integrated marketing campaigns, and channel expansion plans.
Execution & Cross-functional Alignment:
Oversee GTM implementation progress, coordinating across R&D, sales, marketing, and delivery functions. Identify and resolve bottlenecks to ensure timely and successful product launches.Define sales targets across channels, monitor execution, and drive alignment to achieve overall business goals. Be accountable for the commercial outcomes of each launch.Monitor inventory, sales, and pricing throughout the product lifecycle. Adjust GTM strategies dynamically to maintain price integrity and inventory control.

3+ years of hands-on Go-To-Market and new product launch experience
in the
UK market
