We are seeking an experienced

Production Manager with a strong background in large format print

. This role will be responsible for the planning, execution, and delivery of print & production elements for large-scale exhibitions, signage & displays. The ideal candidate will have experience working within in a print industry and experience working within the exhibition sector.

Managing the running of production from start to finish to ensure smooth running.

Oversee the end-to-end production process of events from concept to completion.

Supervise, lead, and motivate production staff including supervisors, operators, and technicians.

Develop and manage production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products.

Collaborate with creative, design, and technical teams to ensure seamless integration of all production elements.

Ensure the use of maintenance of all tools and equipment comply with safe and efficient performance.

Ensure that products meet company and customer quality standards and take appropriate corrective actions to guarantee the successful completion of tasks.

Maintain production date, analyse performance metrics, and report on key production KPIs (e.g., output, downtime, waste).

Work alongside the Operations Manager to ensure deadlines are met for clients and ensuring strong communication between sales and operations departments.

Supervise when required on installations, and dismantling while ensuring health and safety compliance.

Implement and monitor quality standards.

Desired

Experience in using print machines including CNC, exhibition and print experience.

Experience with using various RIPs including Onyx.

Experience within the exhibition, POS or signage sector.

Experience with managing a team and co-ordinating multiple projects & deadlines.

Pay: Up to 40,000.00 per year
