Overview

Production Manager/Design Engineer

E F Engineering Works Ltd is recruiting for the above role.

Role & Duties

To oversee staff members on the shop floor, manage raw material sourcing, and ensure equipment is functional and well-maintained.

Ensure products meet quality standards and that all health and safety regulations are followed during production.

Supervise, train, and oversee the performance of shop floor personnel.

Observe production runs and make necessary adjustments to resolve issues and keep processes running smoothly and efficiently.

Work with the rest of the team, such as sales, design, and Directors to meet overall business goals.

Work with clients and management to create drawings for the shop floor.

Use of software like auto CAD to develop and model new designs and drawings.

Knowledge of Radan software is essential to work in conjunction with the laser operators.

Strong technical skills, including proficiency in CAD software is essential.

Critical thinking and complex problem-solving skills, combined with creativity and innovation.

Attention to detail and precision

Strong math skills.

Good communication and collaboration skills, to work within the team.

Project management and time management skills.

Industry awareness and knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes.

Pay: 35,000.00-40,000.00 per year
