The ideal candidate will have experience as a production welder and the ability to efficiently manufacture quality welded assemblies using MIG welding equipment in a safe manner to satisfy our customer's delivery schedules.

Basic roles and responsibilities:

Ensure adherence to all Health & Safety standards and Procedures. Ensure the quality of all production and stamp to verify quality checks have been made and that standard have been met. Follow closely all the relevant Work Procedures. Consistently satisfy and exceed production targets. Ensure all relevant paperwork is present before commencing work. Ensure data entry into EFACS is completed accurately and in a timely manner. Plan your production and ensure it is carried out in the most effective and efficient manner ensuring minimal waste of time and materials. Ensure the safety and productivity of the workstation is maintained. Contribute to the effectiveness of the company through continuous improvement.
Pay & Benefits - Your starting rate will be 12.80 per hour increasing to 12.90 upon successful completion of probation.

Shift: Mornings working 6am to 2pm Monday to Friday with a 30-minute break each day.
