Production & Operations Assistant

, supporting the Technical, Production and Operations departments to keep our shows on the road and our facilities running smoothly.

About the Role



This is an exciting entry-level opportunity for someone looking to build a career in live entertainment and production. Based primarily on-site at our office and warehouse in the South East, you'll work across all areas of the business - supporting show logistics, vehicle and facility management, touring crew needs and technical coordination.

This is a full-time role, working five days a week on a rota basis across seven days, including weekends. While mainly site-based, occasional travel across the UK will be required.

Key Responsibilities



Assist in advancing shows to venues, including confirming schedules, technical specs and get-in/out details. Communicate clearly with touring technicians, ensuring they receive accurate schedules, documents and info packs. Support the booking of hotels and travel for touring crew and production staff. Help manage our fleet of vehicles, including: Basic vehicle maintenance such as topping up AdBlue, checking tyre pressure, windscreen wipers, and fluids. Ensuring routine servicing, MOTs and repairs are scheduled.Recording vehicle mileage and keeping all logs up to date. Maintain and update: Driver records including licence and insurance details. Freelancer and supplier databases, including key contacts, credentials and past bookings. Assist in the day-to-day running of our warehouse, including gear prep, basic maintenance and keeping spaces tidy and functional. Support with risk assessments and ensure on-site health and safety standards are followed. Help manage the studio and recording spaces, including scheduling and upkeep. Provide general admin support for the Production team, including schedules, kit lists, and documentation. Occasionally attend get-ins, get-outs and tour launches, supporting shows on-site when needed. Be a reliable problem-solver, helping keep everything running smoothly, even under pressure.

About You



We're looking for someone with strong organisational skills, a practical mindset and a keen interest in the live events industry. You'll need to be comfortable rolling your sleeves up and supporting a wide range of tasks across production, logistics and operations.

You'll ideally have:

Great attention to detail and time management. A hands-on, proactive approach to tasks. Strong communication skills. A full clean UK driving licence (required). An interest in live events, theatre, or touring production. Confidence with basic admin and willingness to learn new systems. A calm, practical approach to problem solving.
