Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Assistant to support our daily operational activities within our manufacturing warehouse.

The Cafe Collective UK specialises in the creation of latte concentrates for use in the hospitality industry, including our award-winning Henny and Joe's Chai infusions. We are looking for another team player to join our small but passionate team.

Responsibilities

Assist in the production and manufacturing of our products. Assist in the packaging and distribution of orders (both wholesale and retail). Assist with the cleaning and maintaining of our 5 hygiene rated and SALSA registered production warehouse and premises.
Assist with paperwork and admin duties. Assist with weekly tasks, such as stock take. Gain and maintain a level 2 food hygiene qualification. Assist with product tasting and product development. Potential to assist with sales team in local retail markets and trade shows.

Requirements

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Previous experience in food and drink industry is not required. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 15,111.60-28,444.80 per year

Expected hours: No less than 25 per week
