• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvement initiatives, aiming to enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards throughout the production process and adherence to standard operating procedures.
• Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities, including training sessions, workshops, and mentorship programs, to enhance your skills and knowledge within the meat processing industry.
• Participate in rotational assignments across different departments within operations and production functions, including but not limited to production planning, quality assurance, supply chain, logistics, and continuous improvement.
