About Us:

British Flower Pots is the UK's largest producer of handcrafted ceramic flower pots. Our commitment to craftsmanship and quality has made us a leader in the industry. We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our dynamic team as Production Operatives, contributing to the creation of our beautiful, handmade products.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up, operate and maintain machinery involved in the production of ceramic flower pots. Handle and transport raw materials and finished products (including heavy lifting). Assist in the shaping, trimming, and finishing of ceramic pots throughout the manufacturing process. Monitor the production line to ensure consistent workflow and product quality. Perform quality control checks at various stages of production. Maintain a clean and safe working environment. Collaborate with the production team to meet daily targets. Adhere to all safety procedures and operational guidelines.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is advantageous but not mandatory. Ability to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods. Strong attention to detail for quality control. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. Willingness to learn new skills and operate different machinery.
