Are you an experienced manufacturing professional looking to join a dynamic, growing company? We specialise in the design and manufacture of bespoke cables and are currently seeking

motivated Extrusion Operators

to join our dedicated extrusion team.

About the Role

As part of our extrusion team, you will be responsible for the jacketing and core insulation process in the production of bespoke cables. You will operate and set production machinery, conduct quality control checks, and ensure products meet our high standards. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Operate extrusion machinery according to the production schedule Perform quality checks and maintain accurate records Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, and environmental policies Carry out routine machine maintenance and cleaning Prioritise tasks and communicate effectively with supervisors and team members Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the department Collaborate with colleagues across departments to support smooth production flow

About You

Previous experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with extrusion or cable manufacturing Strong attention to detail and dexterity Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately Self-motivated with excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to work independently Willingness to work overtime when required A proactive approach to maintaining safety and quality standards

Hours

Monday-Thursday 7:00am - 4:00pm, Friday 7:00am - 1:30pm
