We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced individual to join our friendly workroom based in Kettering.
Our workroom serves all of our 13 UK regional offices and is a prosperous and growing department. Due to increasing demands, we are looking for a new diverse team member to join our small friendly team. This is a varied position where you would be responsible for the production of vertical and roller blinds and for carrying out administrative tasks within our distribution warehouse.
Salary - 26,250 plus bonus
Type - Permanent, Full Time
Working Pattern - Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm
Key areas of responsibilities include:

• Making blinds to specifications from worksheets
• Accurately measuring and cutting products
• Ensuring that the blinds are completed to schedule
• Ensuring that all completed jobs are packed and labelled adequately for transportation
• To use the sewing machines responsibly
• To check completed blinds prior to packing ready for transit
• To deal with any issues raised promptly ensuring that customer satisfaction is met
• Any additional tasks that may be required

Key Requirements:

• Flexible, enthusiastic and hardworking
• Excellent communications skills
• A good level of maths and IT skills are required
• Prior sewing or blind making experience is required
