Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process, ensuring that products are assembled efficiently and to the highest quality standards. This position requires a strong understanding of mechanical processes and the ability to work with various tools and equipment in a warehouse environment.

Duties

Assemble products according to specifications and production schedules. Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively. Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with standards. Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations. Collaborate with team members to improve production processes and efficiency. Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues as they arise during the production process. Assist in inventory management by reporting any discrepancies or shortages.

Requirements

Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is preferred. Proficient in using both power tools and hand tools. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand technical drawings and specifications. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Good communication skills, with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing production needs.
