Concrete Fabrications Ltd is a market leading manufacturer in hard landscaping products, landscaping the gardens of Britain for over 30 years. We produce wetcast hard landscaping products - primarily paving, stepping stones and copings.

Production Operator

We are currently recruiting for hard working Production Operators to join our team at our brand new production facility in Avonmouth, Bristol.

This is a permanent, full time position, pending a successful provisional period.

Responsibilities and Duties

The Role

Working in a factory environment, the successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of manufacturing decorative concrete for use in the landscape sector. This includes operating semi-automated and manual machinery.

The role & candidate

Operating machinery and handling raw materials.

Assembling products on the production line

Preparing moulds - ensuring they are clean and correctly ordered

Demoulding concrete products, including smoothing and repairing imperfections.

Using vibrating equipment to remove air bubbles and ensure a smooth finish.

Palletising/Packing finished good for dispatch

Must have good understanding of verbal & written communication. Must have a strong work ethic and be able to work effectively as part of a team. They must have a 'Can do' attitude. Must be reliable and have good time keeping.
Counter balance Forklift Certification is an advantage, but not essential.

Hours

Minimum 39 hours per week. Some weekend work may be required.

Pay: From 12.21 per hour
