Production Operative

Roberts of Port Dinorwic Ltd is a leading manufacturer of cooked meats and ready meals to the UK Food Service Industry supplying products to blue chip food service customers, retailers and manufacturers.

We are looking for production operatives to work within the factory. This role is temporary with the potential for full-time, working a 38.45 hour week. The pattern is Monday to Friday with the main shift being 6am to 2.15pm or 7.30am to 3.45pm. Various shifts available.

Key Responsibilities:

Minimum standards of performance will have been achieved by the job holder when he/she:

Is seen to assist set up and prepare his/her area ready for the days production - i.e. machinery / raw materials or cooked products Is seen to receive the days objectives from his/her team leader / supervisor in a positive way, adopting a 'CAN DO' as opposed to a negative approach. Ensures that he/she adheres to formal Operating procedures Is seen to drive home the ethos of QUALITY, confirmation to specification at all times achieves the targets set out in the daily production plan Physically fit and can handle boxes up to 25kg
