About Brains:

Since the first pint that was brewed in 1882, to the current state of the art 'Dragon Brewery' in Cardiff, Brains have been producing quality beers for people to enjoy, from the infamous SA and classics such as Brains Dark and Rev James, to our Barry Island IPA and Bayside Lager, we have a beer for every occasion.

The Role:

We are recruiting a Production Operative to work in the packaging production team at Dragon Brewery.

We are looking for a self motivated individual who is able to work both independently and as part of a team, able to handle a high volume of routine tasks with excellent attention to detail and with sound communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Packaging beer into casks and kegs. Preparing lines for production and post production cleaning (CIP). Conducting routine quality checks. Loading and unloading of delivery vehicles.
All tasks must adhere to operating procedures, health and safety regulations, and quality standards.

Knowledge/Experience:

A Counterbalance Forklift Truck Licence is essential - you will be required to operate Forklift Trucks as part of the role. Previous experience in food or drink production/manufacturing is advantageous. Maths and English at GCSE level or higher.
