Hours:

7am - 4pm, Monday to Thursday; 7am - 1pm, Friday.

Salary:

12.25 (higher rate negotiable depending on experience and skills.)

Established in 1946, Kilby Packaging is family owned and managed company which has been manufacturing and distributing packaging to a range of industries for 75 years. We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated Production Operative to become part of our growing corrugated production team.

Key responsibilities

The successful candidate will be required to:-

Set, operate and maintain machinery for which they have received training.

Ensure quality is kept to a high standard.

Be able to work to a deadline.

Be able to communicate well and work as part of a team.

Have a good attitude to work, be committed and dedicated.

Be accommodating, helpful and friendly.

Desirables

Fork lift truck licence

Previous experience of having a specific area of responsibility within a production department.

The site in Little Addington is not directly accessible by public transport, so own transport would be required.
