Job Description
Adecco Northumberland are looking to recruit a production operative for their client based in Cramlington on a temporary to permanent basis.
This will be working day shift only Monday - Friday with a pay rate of 12.21 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:
- Organise and prepare raw materials, ensuring they meet quality standards.
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet established quality standards.
- Properly package finished goods for shipping, preventing damage during transit.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure working environment.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals and address challenges.
- Maintain accurate records of production activities, including quantities produced and materials used.
- Previous experience in production.
- Familiarity with machinery and tools.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
