Summary

Due to winning new orders. We are seeking a dedicated Factory Worker to join our dynamic team at Greenfield Engineering in the UK. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our manufacturing process, contributing to the production of precision sheet metal components that meet our high standards of quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Operate and maintain various machinery used in the production of sheet metal components. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production processes. Monitor quality control throughout the manufacturing stages. Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues as they arise. Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge. Support inventory management by reporting material needs. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the factory.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a manufacturing or factory environment is preferred. Ability to operate machinery safely and effectively. Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality control. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes. Basic understanding of health and safety regulations.
