About the Role

Non Slip Shop Ltd are looking to recruit a

Production Operative & Delivery Support

team member to join our manufacturing operation.

This role is

primarily production-based

, focused on the manufacture and preparation of tactile products. In addition, the successful candidate will provide

delivery support during busy periods

, typically 2 days per week, driving company vans to assist with customer deliveries.

This is

not a full-time delivery driver role

. The majority of time will be spent in production, with driving duties introduced as required to support the wider team.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday Standard daytime hours when working in production On days where delivery support is required, early starts and variable finish times may be necessary Full-time, permanent position

Key Responsibilities

Production Duties (Primary)

Preparing materials for tactile production Pouring polyurethane into moulds Trimming, finishing, and quality-checking products Packing completed products ready for dispatch Maintaining a clean and organised workspace

Delivery Support Duties (Secondary)

Driving company vans to complete customer deliveries when required Assisting with loading and unloading products Ensuring deliveries are completed safely and professionally Completing basic delivery paperwork where required

What We're Looking For

Practical, hands-on approach to work Reliable, punctual, and professional Willingness to work in both production and delivery support Full UK driving licence (essential) Comfortable with early starts on delivery days when required

Desirable (Not Essential)

Previous manufacturing or production experience Experience driving vans for work Familiarity with manual handling and loading goods Full training will be provided.
