44 hours per week = 30,521 per annum
Annual leave:

22.5 days per annum (including bank holidays) for a 4-day week

Monday - Thursday 06:00 - 18:00 (44 hours per week)

About the role

As an operative, you will be required to work at the heart of our factory and be responsible for a range of production tasks, including running machines within the Unit. You will work closely with all members of the operations team to ensure that all processes are carried out efficiently and to the highest possible standard. Your role may include:

Operating machinery such as:

Compression moulding machines Semi-automatic machines Injection machines
Trimming and stacking products to the correct specifications

Movement of material and / or products either independently or in pairs, ranging from 7kg - 32kg

Collection and distribution of raw material to product line

Preparing and loading material into machines

Following established procedures to maintain a clean and organised environment.

Please be aware that this role can be physical demanding and repetitive work depending on the production area, machine and product you are assigned to.

Pay: 13.34 per hour
