Muller Milk & Ingredients which aims to be Britain's private label dairy leader and produces branded and private label fresh milk, cream, butter and ingredients products. It boasts a network of dairies and depots servicing customers throughout the country.


Muller Yogurt & Desserts which is the UK's leading yogurt manufacturer which aims to create millions more Muller moments for its consumers. It is responsible for major brands like Muller Corner, Mullerlight, Muller Bliss, Muller Rice, FRijj and Muller Kefir Smoothie and produces chilled desserts under licence from Mondelez International. It also supplies the UK private label yogurt market from a dedicated, state of the art yogurt facility.



We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative (Milk Filling) within our Production department at our Muller Bridgwater Dairy.

This role will involve operating our manufacturing machinery in order to produce the best quality product. You will need to have a strong team working ethic, be results driven and proactive.

The ideal candidate will have experience using SAP and production machines within a Manufacturing environment. You will also need to have a can do attitude and work well under pressure.

Contract: Full Time / 12month fixed term contract.

Salary: starting from 32,096.64 per annum plus overtime premiums

Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off 2 days, 2 nights. 7-7

Location: Bridgwater

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:

Operate our machinery and processes effectively, delivering the required product output. Maintain hygiene standards within the workplace as per standard working conditions. System upkeep and related responsibilities. Cleaning activities. Quality control inspection, assuring customer expectation are maintained. Materials replenishment as required. First line maintenance checks.

Demonstrable skills, experience and knowledge within the following:

Previous manual packing work desirable, though not necessary Teamwork & Collaboration Capability & Accountability A flexible approach; able to adapt to changing daily production plans A good listener/communicator Able to demonstrate initiative and prioritisation skills Effective team worker
