Production Operative (Temporary - Long Term Opportunity Available)
Shift Pattern:
4 Days On / 4 Days OffHours:
6:00am - 6:00pmWe are looking for
dedicated and reliable Production Operatives
to join our busy team on a temporary basis, with the potential for long-term opportunities for the right candidates.Key Responsibilities:
Operating machinery and equipment safely and efficiently Assisting with production line duties to meet daily targets Carrying out quality checks and ensuring high standards are maintained Following health & safety guidelines at all times Maintaining a clean and organised work area
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is desirable but not essential (full training provided) Strong work ethic and a positive attitude Ability to work 12-hour shifts on a rotating 4-on / 4-off pattern Good attention to detail and reliability
