WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Assemble FORZA tackle bags for use across multiple sports by fitting pre-made components together accurately Wrap finished tackle bags in protective film and prepare them for storage Move and place packed tackle bags into the correct warehouse locations ready for picking Follow health & safety procedures and maintain a clean, organised workspace Work efficiently at pace and use initiative during quieter periods Support other warehouse or production tasks as require

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

Good communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team A practical, hands-on approach with a willingness to learn Ability to cope with the physical demands of assembling, wrapping, and moving tackle bags Experience in a warehouse, packing, or assembly environment (desirable but not essential) Attention to detail and pride in producing well-presented products Reliability and flexibility to support business need
