Overview

As part of our growing team, we are seeking a dedicated Production Operative to support the expansion of our in-house finishing operations. This role involves running and maintaining machinery in a fast-paced environment, delivering time-critical jobs with exceptional quality and attention to detail. You will be a key part of a team committed to reliability, problem-solving, and exceeding expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and monitor production machinery across multiple finishing processes. Ensure jobs are completed accurately and on time in line with production schedules. Perform quality checks and maintain high standards of workmanship. Support colleagues and work collaboratively to achieve daily targets. Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly with a solution-oriented approach. Maintain a safe, clean, and organised working environment. Follow company processes and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.

Skills & Experience

Previous experience running machines in a fast-paced production or manufacturing environment. Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines. Team player with excellent communication skills. Reliable, adaptable, and willing to go the extra mile. Good computer skills with the ability to learn new software.

Monday - Thursday:

8:00am - 5:00pm

Friday:

8:00am - 4:30pm
