Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Operator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating machinery and equipment in a manufacturing environment, ensuring that production processes run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and experience with hand and power tools, as well as a background in warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure optimal performance. Assemble components and products according to specifications and quality standards. Utilise hand tools and power tools effectively for assembly tasks. Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety regulations. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines. Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors promptly.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues. Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in assembly processes. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Good communication skills, with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
