Job Summary

The Production Operative plays a crucial role in completing daily operations within an established carboard packaging business, ensuring that all products are made efficiently and to the highest possible standard. This position requires a can do attitude and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality. The role operates an alternating shift pattern of 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00. Occasional weekend overtime may also be required which is paid at a premium rate.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a production environment is advantageous. Knowledge of health & safety practices in manufacturing. The ability to work within a team. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact positively with customers and staff alike. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required. A good standard of English is required. An up to date FLT licence is advantageous.
