Job Description

The ideal Production Operative will be working within a busy workshop manufacturing bespoke insulation panels.

Some practical machine operator experience and a Counter Balance FLT License would be advantageous but not essential.

Full training will be given, and pay rate will increase as you progress, depending on skill set and experience.

List of main responsibilities:

Panel assembly Preparation of steel and insulation ready for panel assembly Ensure that production requirements and standards are met consistently Packaging of products leaving the workshop floor Operate machinery correctly and safely Maintain a clean and safe working environment Role does involve manual handling
Key Information:

Mon - Thurs 08:00-16:30, Friday 08:00-15:30 Required to work overtime during busy periods - pay rate 1.5 x standard rate Car parking on site Uniform and PPE supplied
