Monday-Friday, 07:30-16:30 (1 hour of breaks)

Our operations facility manages the full supply chain -- from preparing and manufacturing products to packing, warehousing, purchasing, and dispatch.

The Role

As a Production Operative, you will work as part of a small, friendly team to produce and prepare our product range for customers. The role is varied, with opportunities to learn different processes and rotate between tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Weighing and portioning raw materials and blending mixes according to clear recipe instructions Operating precise production equipment Packing products and preparing pallets for shipment Loading/unloading deliveries, warehouse storage, and dispatch Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workspace Completing production records and reporting any issues Supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive team environment

About You

Must be fluent in English (spoken and written) Friendly, approachable, and a strong team player Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment Flexible and adaptable -- willing to learn new tasks and processes Reliable, with good attention to detail and a focus on quality
