About the Role:

We're currently recruiting for a hands-on Production Operative to join a busy rural-based manufacturing site on a Temp to Perm basis. Due to the location, you must be able to drive to access the site.

This is a great opportunity to grow within a supportive, long-standing team -- once permanent, you'll be upskilled across departments and fully trained on both Reach and Counterbalance FLT, which comes with a pay increase.

What You'll Be Doing:

Labelling, sampling, and decanting liquids into containers Mixing solutions as part of the production process Moving drums (up to 200kg - pivoting/twisting required) Manual lifting of up to 30kg Completing basic quality and quantity checks Recording stock codes and data (basic computer input) Rotating through departments based on workload Following health & safety procedures at all times

What You'll Need:

Must be able to drive - rural location Good basic Maths, English and computer skills Physically fit and able to lift/move heavy items Cannot have asthma or back conditions (due to fumes/lifting) Willing to learn and work across multiple production areas
