Job Description

We are seeking dedicated and skilled Production Operatives to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating food production machinery and assembling food products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively as part of a team to meet production goals.

Food Production Operative - The Role:

Follow work instructions and recipes to complete your tasks Work as part of a team to make sure everything runs smoothly Use food production equipment safely Work on different production lines Fill out quality and safety paperwork Make sure our products meet quality standards Suggest ideas for improvement
Food Production Operative - You:

Ability to speak and understand English Good communication and teamwork skills Can stay focused on repetitive tasks Physically fit and able (a large amount of manual handling) Flexible with your work duties
This role works on a ten hour shift rotation basis (4 days in 6). Candidates must be able to work rotational Saturday (generally one Saturday in two)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From 12.62 per hour
