The Role - Production Operative

Key Responsibilities

Carefully following order details as per work instructions Safe use of machinery and hand tools for cutting, connecting and bonding materials. Inspect products according to quality standards and established specifications Collaborate with a supportive team to meet production targets in a safe & efficient manner.

Skills and Experience

Essential

Excellent attention to detail and takes pride in producing high-quality work for global distribution. Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment. Ability to maintain a clean, tidy and organised environment. Demonstrate willingness to learn and develop skills with continuous on-the-job training.

Desirable

GCSE Maths & English Previous experience in joinery, manufacturing, engineering or production roles. Experience of understanding and interpreting engineering drawings, assembly instructions or manufacturing processes.

Working hours:

FULL-TIME Hours: Monday - Friday, 7am - 5pm, includes 5 hours at 1.5 times the hourly rate. 3pm finish on the last Friday of every month.

No weekend or shift work.

Salary:

Starting salary commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 28,000.00-31,000.00 per year
