We are currently looking for production staff at our bakeries in Margate . Ideally you will have food manufacturing experience along with level 2 food safety.

10-hour, 4 days per week 5am - 3pm Monday - Thursday (Overtime included if required) some flexibility is required on working hours to cover demand, holiday and business needs

Purpose of the Role

To support production flow and standards across Mixing, production line processing, and Packing areas. Responsible for carrying out operational, quality, hygiene, and materials handling tasks. Line Operative roles are rotational and may involve working in different departments depending on shift requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out production tasks in Mixing, Production Lines, or Packing areas as assigned Support the flow of product through the line Complete basic quality checks and record results Handle materials safely and efficiently Maintain high standards of hygiene and GMP Follow shift instructions from Shift Team Leader

Health & Safety Responsibilities

Follow safe working practices at all times Wear the correct PPE and follow health & safety procedures Report unsafe behaviours, hazards, or near misses Maintain a clean, organised, and hazard-free work area Participate in health & safety training and refreshers

Entry Criteria

Experience in a food production or manufacturing environment (preferred) Positive attitude and willingness to learn Comfortable working 10-hour shifts. Committed to high standards and continuous improvement Physically fit and able to work in a production environment

Pay: From 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
