With a strong focus on innovation, precision, and reliability, we are expanding our team and looking for dedicated Production Operatives to join our fast-paced manufacturing facility.
The Role
As a Production Operative, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process of circuit boards, ensuring that every product meets our strict quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Operating machinery and equipment used in PCB production (e.g., drilling, plating, etching, screen printing, lamination) Following detailed technical drawings, work instructions, and production schedules Performing visual and automated inspections for defects and ensuring product quality Handling materials and components with care to prevent damage or contamination Maintaining a clean and safe working environment Recording production data and reporting any issues to team leaders or supervisors Collaborating with team members to meet daily production targets
About You
Essential:
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity Ability to follow processes, instructions, and safety procedures accurately Good communication skills and a strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable:
Experience in electronics or circuit board manufacturing Familiarity with cleanroom practices or ESD controls
