Role Title: Production Operative

Full training provided + Supportive and friendly team + Early Friday finish

You will join our team of experienced personnel and learn how to use a range of tools and machinery to carry out a range of tasks which may include bonding, CNC cutting, use of UV printers, screen printing, hot-air welding and painting. Full training will be provided which will also include the fundamentals of lean manufacturing techniques.

Requirements:

- Willingness to learn new skills

- Be able to handle heavy materials

- Ability to use independent judgement and discretion when making decisions

- Ability to follow written instructions and procedures

- Good communication skills

- Logical thought patterns

- Basic numeracy

- Basic reading and writing in English

Hours of Work:

07:30-16:30 Mon-Thurs; 07:30-12:00 Friday

Holidays:

23 Days a year plus Bank Holiday with extra days awarded for length of service

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38.25 per week
