Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working within manufacturing.

This role involves working in a fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for operating laser and CNC machinery ensuring the efficient operation of production.

Duties

Operate and maintain production machinery, ensuring optimal performance. Conduct routine inspections of equipment to identify any maintenance needs or issues. Monitor stock levels and proactively reporting low levels to bring the stock back up to the required amount. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines. Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations. Assist in inventory management within the warehouse as required.

Qualifications

Proven mechanical knowledge, with the ability to troubleshoot basic machinery issues. Previous warehouse experience is advantageous but not essential. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.
