Production Operatives

to join our friendly team.

This role is hands-on and varied, ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where quality and attention to detail are key. We welcome applications for both permanent full-time positions and seasonal roles.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure smooth, efficient output. Assist with preparing, packing, and assembling products to company specifications. Use hand tools and equipment safely and effectively. Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety at all times. Support stock rotation, labelling, and warehouse organisation. Work closely with team members to meet production targets and deadlines. Carry out basic quality checks to ensure products meet required standards.

About You

Previous experience in food production and manufacturing is an advantage (but not essential--training will be provided). Good practical skills Strong attention to detail and a commitment to food safety and hygiene. Reliable, punctual, and a good team player with a positive attitude. Flexible and willing to support different areas of production when required.
