Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Operative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude. As a Production Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our production line, contributing to the overall success of our manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

Support the line leader in to ensure optimal performance of the production line and quality output. Assemble components and products according to specifications and quality standards. Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines. Identify and report any errors in the production line. Carry out various packing tasks on the production line, in line with set KPI's, including Pallet stacking, bottle feeding and bottle/ box packing etc. Some heaving lifting and physical aspects are required as part of the job role.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a warehouse / production environment is advantageous. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure. A team-oriented mindset with effective communication skills. Working Hours

Monday to Friday with occasional weekends. 06:30am start to production finish. Average finish time 4/4:30pm. Paid first & last break.
Being able to drive for this role is essential due to location.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From 12.31 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
