The Sleep People Ltd. is one of the leading manufacturers of mattresses in the UK.

As a General Manufacturing Operative your role will involve working within all operations of the factory.

Key duties of being a General Manufacturing Operative may include:

- General labour duties across all departments.
- Working alongside the assembly line preparing products to be assembled.

- Operating production equipment.

- Supporting workstations through the supplying of goods.

- Working well alone or within a team to achieve results, such as the on-time dispatch of goods.

- Preparing products for dispatch, through palletising, labelling and shrink-wrapping products.

- Working within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

- Gathering products to support the flow of production.

- Maintaining company health and safety standards, supporting procedures, policies and regulations in place.

Shifts:

Full Time Shift Operating Monday to Friday with varied shift patterns between 0600 - 1800.

Weekly pay

Salary:

From 12.21 per hour

Opportunity for overtime!

Breaks:

A 45-minute break - with 15 minutes paid by the company.

Holidays:

Holiday pay - 28 days paid holiday per year.
