About the Role:
We are currently seeking a motivated Production Operative to join our team. The successful candidate will work as part of a team within a busy factory environment, working on our three production lines. We encourage and support development and multi-skilled working across all our production areas, therefore, enabling team members to progress through our pay structure and skill levels should they have that ambition, attitude and aptitude.
The role is hands-on and physical and requires elements of heavy lifting. Demoulding requires good strength and dexterity of the hands and wrists. Previous experience working in a production environment would be an advantage but not essential, if an aptitude can be shown to be had. Forklift licence is preferable, but not essential as forklift training and test can be provided.
You will be required to work the following hours as a Production Operative:
7.30am - 4.30pm - Monday to Friday
You may be asked to work occasional Saturdays
Overtime will likely be available during the summer months
The starting rate of pay as a Level 1 Production Operative:
13.25 per hour
