Job Summary




As a Production Operative, you will be an integral team member in the manufacturing of moisture resistant primed and wrapped MDF mouldings in order to meet the demands of the construction and home improvement industries and striving to achieve optimum levels of machine efficiency, output and product quality. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is particularly interested in Pick & Pack operations.

Available positions:




1 x Day Shift - Monday to Thursday 7:00am - 18:30pm


1 x Day shift - Monday to Thursday 7:00 - 16:45pm, Friday 7:00 - 13:00pm


1 x Night shift - Monday to Thursday 18:45pm - 6:45am (44 hours a week - 22% shift premium applies)


1 x Weekend shift - Friday to Saturday 7:00am - 18:30pm, Sunday 7:00am - 16:00pm (29.3 hours - 33%shift premium applies)

About The Role



You will be responsible for:



Effective utilisation of machinery and raw materials. Management of raw materials, finished goods and consumables. Achieve quality levels and time limits set. Carry out administrative duties and complete documentation neatly and efficiently. Maintain a safe, neat and tidy working area. Co-operate with fellow workers and members of staff and management. All stores duties according to company procedures. Carry out any other duties as required.

To be successful you must:



Be able to communicate in English to understand work instructions and Health & Safety rules. Have basic numeracy skills. Have previous stores or logistics experience. The flexibility and ability to work as part of a team. Experience of Pick & Pack processes. Experience of using a computer.

Desirable criteria:



Experience of stock control systems. Experience carrying out administrative duties.

Required Criteria
