MM Flowers Ltd, Huntingdon Road, Chatteris, PE16 6EG

Hourly Rate:

12.21 per hour

Contracted Hours:

38 hours per week

Shift Pattern:

Sunday-Wednesday or Tuesday-Friday (typically 8:00am - 6:30pm)

We are looking for dependable, hard-working

Production Operatives

to support our growing business. In this hands-on role, you'll work on a busy production line ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality products to our customers.

Whether placing plants and hardware, scanning goods, or supporting production flow, your attention to detail and teamwork will help ensure operations run smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing:

Completing production tasks efficiently and in line with quality standards Supporting plant and hardware placement, labelling, box building, and scanning Using handheld devices and tablets to manage inventory via Rubicon Setting up production lines with the correct materials (buckets, boxes, labels) Communicating with your Line Leader and supporting the training of new team members Adhering to Standard Operating Procedures and health & safety protocols Maintaining a clean and organised work environment at all times Cross-training in other tasks to support flexibility and efficiency

What We're Looking For:

Experience working in a production or manufacturing environment Strong attention to detail and ability to work at pace Familiarity with health and safety practices in the workplace Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities as needed Desirable: experience using systems like Rubicon or handheld tablets Desirable: experience training or mentoring team members
