The Role

We are looking for

reliable and motivated Production Operatives

to join our team. You'll work on line-based production activities, supporting the Team Leaders and Manufacturing Managers to achieve daily production targets.

What You'll Do:

Feed raw materials onto the production line and into equipment such as portion saws and tray sealers. Weigh, pack, and seal products accurately, ensuring quality and consistency. Pack finished products into cases, palletise, and wrap for dispatch. Visually inspect raw and finished products for defects and ensure print/seal quality. Carry out line cleaning tasks and maintain a safe, hygienic workspace. Attend training to perform production tasks safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. Adhere to all Quality and Technical standards required for the area.

What We're Looking For:

Previous production or manufacturing experience is desirable but not essential. Reliable, team-oriented, and safety-conscious. Ability to follow instructions and maintain high-quality standards.
